no idea of who to call for renovations. All we heard from co-workers and friends
was to be careful of who you hire and that was followed by horror story after
horror story of problems that people had with the contractors they had used. We
had actually gotten a couple of quotes from remodelers before contacting Dean.
Not only were these contractors very expensive, they tried to tell us what we
should do in our home....not listening to our requests of what WE wanted. Dean
referred two wonderful contractors who did an absolutely wonderful job for us!
They were prompt, reliable, trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, and helped
guide us through the whole job. They patiently answered the many questions we
had and made sound suggestions when we were not sure what to do. They kept us
updated on what they would be doing a particular week and what we would need to
expect (such as having to move the washer and dryer out of the laundry room for
awhile) so that we would be inconvenienced the least possible. They even became
uncles to our old dog, taking him out to the yard to go potty in the middle of
the day when he seemed antsy at the door. They added on two other small jobs to
our original request without complaint and were meticulous and neat in
everything they did. You can tell they have great pride in their work and love
what they do. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had with our
contractors and highly recommend anyone needing work done on their home to
contact Dean for a referral!
